Business customers over the past 10 years.
Opportunity
Fantastic opportunity is available for full time help desk technician to join a great team
environment. You will be providing first level support for customers in a timely, accurate and
courteous manner. The person in this position will monitor, operate and maintain hardware and
software that spans multiple states. This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate
to gain valuable experience and break through into the IT industry.
Requirements
Interact with customers via the phone or email to provide information in response to inquiries
about products and services. Resolve customers’ issues. PC Networking and Troubleshooting.
Experience with Windows OS. Speed Factory will only consider candidates with a passion for
customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. Multiple shifts are available, including
morning shifts, evening shifts until 10:00 pm and weekend shifts.

Network Support Technician August 16, 2004
A well established ISP is looking for a well motivated Network Support Technician to aid
in the continuing development and expansion of its network services and infrastructure. Speed
Factory has continued to offer a wide range of services and Internet technologies to its
Business customers over the past ten years. SpeedFactory offers network and Internet services
through-out the US
We are seeking an experienced Technician to assist in enhancing and maintaining our network
infrastructure. In addition, the responsibilities will include support for our growing customer
base. You will be responsible for implementation and uptime of a broad range of critical
components, and you will play an integral role in continuing to build out a high-availability
infrastructure. You will have an active role within a dynamic support team, with sensitivity to
end-user and business requirements.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience with Networking and Broadband technology.
- Excellent knowledge of Cabling for Data and Voice infrastructures.
- Experience with routing, fire walling, VPN, and network security issues.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, SMTP, HTTP/S, DNS, and SSH.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Desire to work in fast-paced team environment.
